Christmas Money Bundle | Christmas Planner + Payday Budget Planner (Excel, £ $ €)

Plan Christmas and keep your money on track all the way to January. This bundle gives you two interactive Excel planners that do the sums for you, at a saving compared with buying them separately. Choose £, $ or € on the Settings tab of each planner.

What you get

  • Christmas Planner & Budget Tracker (9 tabs): an overview with a countdown, gift list, food and drink, decorations, events and travel, cards and postage, and a ready-made task checklist.
  • Payday Budget Planner (9 tabs): see what is left to spend until your next payday, with bills due before payday, monthly budgets for food, travel and more, a weekly spending allowance and a monthly summary.

How they work together

Use the Christmas Planner to budget for gifts, food and events. Use the Payday Budget Planner to see what you can actually spend each pay period, so you can put Christmas spending where it fits and still cover your bills.

How to use it

  1. Download the zip file after purchase and unzip it. You will find two Excel files.
  2. Open either file in Microsoft Excel and start on the Start Here tab.
  3. Type only in the yellow cells. Grey cells calculate themselves.

Good to know

  • Digital download. No physical item is sent.
  • Built for Microsoft Excel. Dates use the day/month/year format (dd/mm/yyyy).
  • The Christmas Planner is reusable every year. Change the year on Settings and the task dates update.
