Refund Policy

LevelGrow sells digital download products only. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges.

When we will help

If your file is faulty, corrupted, missing, or not as described, please email us at hello@levelgrow.co.uk within 7 days of purchase. We will replace the file or resolve the issue. If we are unable to do so, you will receive a full refund.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the duplicate.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. By completing your purchase you agree to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the download has begun.
