2. Our products
We sell digital downloads only, including interactive Excel planners and printable planners and toolkits. Nothing is physically shipped. Each product page describes what is included and how the files are delivered.
3. Digital products and licence
Digital files are delivered instantly. When you buy a digital product you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the files for your own personal use. Our Excel planners are designed for Microsoft Excel
4. Intellectual property
All designs remain the intellectual property of LevelGrow. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or claim ownership of any files or designs purchased from this store.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. Payment is taken at checkout.
6. Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
7. Accuracy of information
We make every effort to describe and show our products accurately. Product images are illustrative, and colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.
