What's inside (10 tabs)

  • Priority Dashboard: your top 5 priorities, next small steps, upcoming exams and a simple on-track message. It fills in by itself.
  • Assignment Deadline Tracker: add deadlines and weightings. Days left, urgency and priority are worked out for you, and extensions are easy to record.
  • Project Breakdown: split any assignment into tasks of 30 to 90 minutes, with hours, target dates and progress. An example essay breakdown is included.
  • Study Session Planner: book short sessions, tick them off and track your weekly study hours against a goal.
  • Exam Countdown: days and weeks left for every exam, with your revision readiness shown alongside.
  • Revision Progress Tracker: list topics per module and rate your confidence from Not started to Confident.
  • Grade Calculator: enter marks as you get them to see your average, a UK degree band guide and the mark you need on the rest to hit your target.
  • Catch-up Plan: overdue work is listed automatically, oldest first, with hours left, a daily hours estimate and a six-step rescue checklist.

How to use it

  1. Download the file after purchase and open it in Microsoft Excel.
  2. Start on the Start Here tab and list your modules.
  3. Add your assignments and exam dates. Type only in the yellow cells. Grey cells calculate themselves.
  4. Break each assignment into small tasks, then check your Dashboard each day.

Good to know

  • Digital download. No physical item is sent.
  • Built for Microsoft Excel. Marks use percentages, and the First, 2:1, 2:2 and Third bands are a UK guide only. Check your own course handbook for exact boundaries.
  • Give each assignment a unique name so tasks link to it correctly.

This planner is a planning aid, not academic advice. Rules on deadlines, extensions and late work vary by course, so always check with your tutor or student support.
