What's inside (10 tabs)

• Overview: overdue cleaning and maintenance jobs, bills due in the next 14 days, appointments in the next 7 days, chores done this week, plus your next appointments, renewals and bills. It fills in by itself.
• Cleaning: recurring jobs with how often, who and last done. The next due date and an Overdue, Due soon or OK status work themselves out.
• Meals & Shopping: a weekly meal planner for breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus a categorised shopping list with estimated costs and items left.
• Bills: due dates, amounts, auto-pay and paid status, with a monthly equivalent so you see the true cost. Overdue bills are highlighted.
• Maintenance: recurring home checks with automatic next due dates, status and last cost.
• Appointments: who, what, where and when for the whole household.
• Chores: assign chores, tick them off each week and see how many each person has.
• Key Dates: renewals, expiries, birthdays and subscriptions, with days left and a reminder window.
• Settings: choose your currency, name your household and add up to six household members for the dropdowns.

How to use it

1. Download the file after purchase and open it in Microsoft Excel.
2. Start on the Start Here tab, then use Settings to choose your currency and add your household names. They appear in the dropdowns.
3. Type only in the yellow cells. Grey cells calculate themselves.
4. Fill in your bills, appointments, chores and dates, then check the Overview tab.
5. Each week, set "Done this week?" on Chores back to No to start fresh.
