£6.99

A gentler way to plan your days. The Gentle Focus Planner is an interactive Excel planner for clearing your head, choosing what matters and resetting when the day goes off track. There are no rigid schedules, just simple tools that do the sums for you.

What's inside (7 tabs)

  • Brain Dump: get everything out of your head, then sort each item into Do soon, Plan it, Can wait or Let it go, with the energy it needs.
  • Daily Log: note your energy each day, choose up to 3 priorities, tick them off and record a win. It counts priorities done for you.
  • Tiny Steps: break anything big into small steps with a time estimate, and see your progress and minutes still to do.
  • Weekly Reset: pick a week for an automatic summary of days logged, priorities done, wins and low-energy days, with space to reflect and plan a gentle week ahead.
  • Wins: collect your wins, big and small, and look back on them when a day feels hard.
  • Dashboard: your day and week at a glance, with today's energy and priorities, your next tiny steps and a short supportive message.

How to use it

  1. Download the file after purchase and open it in Microsoft Excel.
  2. Start on the Start Here tab and read the four gentle rules.
  3. Type only in the yellow cells. Grey cells calculate themselves.
  4. Log your day, choose up to 3 priorities and check your Dashboard.
